The Cross-Cultural Campaigning training program encourages participants to grow their skills in operating in a multicultural environment. Unlike most diversity training, which focuses more on personal behaviour through a marginalisation and privilege lens, Cross-Cultural Campaigning training focuses more on the adaptation and resilience skills needed to operate in culturally diverse environments.
Participants will:

Reflect on and understand personal and organisational interests to designing culturally responsive campaigns.

Identify opportunities, strengths and gaps for organisation to create more inclusive and culturally responsive campaigns.

Be equipped with case studies, tools and strategies to be design more culturally responsive campaigns.

Develop leadership confidence in engaging communities different to their own in ways which are both respectful and effective for change-making.

Reflecting on and understanding personal and organisational interests for cross-cultural campaigning, including undertaking a SWOT analysis on organisation’s capacity for effective cross-cultural work.
MODULE 2
Head
Upacking strategies, tactics and risks through case studies of successful and unsccessful cross-cultural campaigning.
MODULE 3
Hands
Learning and applying frameworks and stress testing personal and collective skills that can be deployed when designing campaigns.
MODULE 4
House
Developing a map of the cross-cultural spaces you and your organisation are currently or could in the future operate in and measuring this against the impact goals and power analysis.
