Biases and Boundaries is a training program designed to raise awareness about and address the impact of unconscious bias in the workplace, community and in leadership delivery. This training aims to equip participants with knowledge, tools, and strategies to recognise, mitigate, and overcome biases that may influence their perceptions, decisions, and interactions.
Training participants will:
